God puts everything He creates on display because He’s aware that everything He creates is good. Hiding your gifts is a form of diminishing that display of God’s grace and beauty in your life. Also, putting yourself down out of timidity because you think others are better qualified, or under the pretext of false humility is not a healthy way to live. Never cower in the darkness, beam your light with intensity. When you do that, you are displaying the best of God in your life, yielding progress, and encouraging others to do same.
This season, don’t be part of the darkness spreading in the world. Be a solution provider amidst the decadence and blandness. No matter where you go, remember to pierce the darkness with your luminous light!
