“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28.
Destiny is a pre-ordained end. The bible has illustrated that God has a plan for you and I. Before the foundations of the earth, Jesus, the Lamb of God was already slain- which means He came into the world with a pre-determined end to die for our sins. In the same vein, God has a purpose, a destiny and a pre-determined end for us and this is the season to press into it. There’s a pervasive mindset that when there’s a shaking in the earth, and things are not going according to plan, it means God is slowing us down and maybe robbing us of our capacity to press into destiny. Though this may not be further from the truth, everything that God does is to aid His plans and agenda in our lives.
What would you do if you were God? It will be exactly what He’s doing right now, which is to capacitate those in line with His agenda at this time. This season, leverage on God’s grace and entreat Him. Align yourself with His plan and purpose and see His hand move in your life. When you believe the report of God, you will inevitably see His hand.
There was an auspicious time when Jesus and His disciples had to press into destiny. He had to go to a very pivotal place called the garden of Gethsemane – the place to draw strength, to entreat God and leverage grace. There will come a time when you will have to get to a place where you will pray for strength, to make a decision or a move, where you have to say yes or no to something in line with God’s will- but all this will determine how you press into destiny. Press a little further and go against limitations. Refused to be stopped by anything. You can do this in the place of prayer!
