Outside the Box

Praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints. – Ephesians 6:18 (ESV).

Prayer does not require a special location, but special attention. It’s a spiritual exercise that you should engage in different forms or frame. As Christians, we are expected to pray outside the box: anywhere and at any time of the day or night. Prayers become more effective when it is done creatively, as lead by the Holy Spirit. You can bring down God’s presence to shift the atmosphere in all aspects of your life.

In order to do this, the Holy Spirit helps you to infuse the right ingredients to make your prayers effectual and effective. However, you should be conscious that the most vital part of your prayer is when God speaks to you. Be on the lookout for a word from God, it may be just a verse of the scriptures, a song, specific instructions or a confirmation concerning certain situations. Get feedback!

Confession: I receive grace to pray effectively, I engage the Holy Spirit to spice up my communication with God.
