That I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings… – Philippians 3:10 (NKJV) Sometimes, people meet and form a relationship simply because they hope to get something from them. Others sometimes, meet people because they want to cultivate a solid bond of fellowship that leaves a positive impression in their lives. In the latter situation, the relationship goes beyond being transactional. What is your relationship with God like? Is it transactional? Or does it go deeper than that? Here’s how to know, when you pray, are your requests only about riches, relationships, promotions and all you can get? Then it’s transactional. There’s more to your relationship with God than material things and He is absolutely in love with you, irrespective of who or where you are. YourHeavenly Father wants a richer level of fellowship with you. So, use the access you have to Him to get ahead in life. Be deliberate to be more intimate with God than transactional.
