LEVEL 1:

CONGREGATION – Belong & Build a Foundation

Start your journey by getting connected to the TEC family and laying the right foundation for spiritual and leadership growth.
  • Join The Elevation Church
  • Complete the Membership Class
  • Be part of a Greatness Community
  • Enrol in TECi (The Elevation Church Institute) Courses
  • Engage in Workforce Development Programs

LEVEL 2:

COMMITTED – Deepen Your Growth & Commitment

Take intentional steps towards spiritual maturity and leadership development.
  • Commence a TECi Internship
  • Enrol in Maturity Courses (Level 2)
  • Join the Emerging Leadership Program (ELP)

LEVEL 3:

CORE – Lead & Make a Lasting Impact

Step into greater kingdom responsibility and ministry leadership.
  • Enrol in the Ministry Leadership Certification Course (MLCC)
  • Begin Ministry Mentorship
  • Advance to Maturity Courses (Level 3)
  • Participate in Advanced MLCC Training
  • Take the Church Planting Course & Advanced Ministry Trainings
