  • Forgive and Restore

“Repent and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord.” – Acts 3:19 (NIV).

God loves you dearly. And He is willing to give you the best and bring out the best in you. The extent to which He values you cannot be measured. He can leave the other 99 sheep behind just so that He could find the 100th one and this represents you. Despite the fact that His heart is so big and He’s so powerful, He knows that without you the “equation” will not be balance. When you displease Him but run to ask for forgiveness and repent, He shows you mercy and restores you. He is ever forgiving just like the story of the prodigal son, whose father forgave him with open arms and even celebrated him despite his squandering his inheritance.

God is always willing to go the extra mile with you, as His child, He expects you to do the same for others. Never look down on any relationship but strive to restore broken ones. Today, let go of any hurt, anger, bitterness and unforgiveness your heart harbours. We all are imperfect walking with a perfect God. So as he forgives and restores you, do the same for others! Go out and win with love!

Have a beautiful day, God bless you.

Confession: I am forgiven, restored and loved by God. I let go of every emotional hurt and I seek to amend broken relationships around me.

  • Run Your Race

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangled. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. – Hebrews 12:1 (NIV)

You are fearfully and wonderfully made by God, so is everybody else. And as no two humans are the same, is also how no two people run the same race. Your assignment is different from that of your colleagues, your neighbours or even your siblings. When you consider what others have achieved which you are yet to, you start to feel unfulfilled. But the truth is that God makes everything beautiful according to His time table for you.

Be encouraged today, let God deal differently with you according to His purpose for your life. Don’t compare your relationship with Him to the one He has with another person. It’s your duty to strive, to nurture and to build yours with so that you can access His unique purpose for your life. Prayerfully run your race and have a fruitful day!

Confession: I run the race set before me and I will not derail from the purpose God has for me. I will finish strong!

  • Make Impact!

‘Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them.’ – Romans 12:6a (NKJV)

Every gift and talent that God has given you is for the benefit of others. Acts of kindness go a long way to touch the lives of others, no matter how little. Never wait for people to ask for help; if you see a need, offer help. Wherever you find yourself, determine to do something extra. Be a solution provider at all times.

When you focus on making quality impact on a daily basis, don’t extend it to only people you know and can pay you back. This season, quit whining and complaining and start doing! Let yourpresence and absence have a positive effect on people around you. Be impactful and may God bless you!

Confession: My life is an impactful one. I am determined to be a blessing to my world always in Jesus name!

  • Excellence- A Lifestyle

‘Do you see a man who excels in his work? He will stand before kings; he will not stand before unknown men.’ – Proverbs 22:29 (NKJV)

Have you ever needed to get certain things done and there are specific people who can do it that come to mind? The reason is that they are so good at what they do and put their whole heart into it. Such people will always be considered and recommended because they portray excellence time and time again. To live a blessed life, you must be in constant pursuit of excellence. You must do your best when people are watching and much more when people are not. After you have done your part, all that is left to defend you is the work you have done.

Excellence is expensive but yields great results both in the short- and long-term. When you make excellence a lifestyle, everything you do will last and a lasting legacy is built on superior quality. Choose to be excellent!

    Have a fruitful day!

Confession: I give no room for shoddiness and crooked ways of living. I will pursue only excellence starting from today.

  • A Good Name

‘A good name is to be chosen rather than great riches, Loving favour rather than silver and gold.’ – Proverbs 22:1 (NKJV)

To live the blessed life, means you are focused on integrity and you will rather take a stand for good and not evil. You may have taken some wrong turns in the past, but what you do after a mistake is what really matters. It’s possible to make a turn from the past and decide to live a life of integrity because your actions and character will speak louder than your words.

People will remember how you made them feel more than what you gave to them. It doesn’t matter how much wealth you amass, with a bad character, it wouldn’t leave much in the heart of men because a good name and good character ensure that the fruits of your labour are not destroyed.

Confession: I receive grace to do better than I did in my past and to live a life of integrity and keep a good name in Jesus name.

  • The Generous Man

‘The world of the generous gets larger and larger; the world of the stingy gets smaller and smaller. The one who blesses others is abundantly blessed; those who help others are helped.’ – Proverbs 11 v 24-25 (MSG)

To be generous, means to give intentionally, with or without expectation of reward. You should be generous with your material resources, time, praise, emotional support, skill, physical effort, and so on. Generosity endears you to people and opens doors to unending favours for you. It also a form of sowing seeds that others can subsequently benefit from because the things you do will live beyond you. The woman with the alabaster box, performed an act of generosity and did not expect to be paid for it, but her story is still being told years after her act of love.

You too can do something in 30 minutes that will be remembered for the next 300 years. Acts of kindness and generosity are part and parcel of leaving a legacy. Today, do something good for someone who may not be able to repay you but will live after you.

Confession: I am a river of blessing to the world and my life reflects the generous nature of our Lord Jesus.

  • The Sacrificial Life

‘We always pray for you, and we give thanks to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. For we have heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and your love for all of God’s people.’ – Colossians 1:3-4 (NLT)

Love is all about living to give the best and forgive the worst. It makes sacrificial living possible with God and with others. If you desire to please God and leave positive legacies beyond properties and possessions, you must engage selflessness.

The love for God and for people makes you go the extra mile to help them and heal the world around you. You are too small to live all of life for yourself only. Go all out and dare to live sacrificially!

Confession: I will lead a sacrificial life and leave lasting legacies of love in this world.

  • Make It Plain…

‘Then the Lord answered me and said: “Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it.’ – Habakkuk 2:2 (NKJV)

Can you imagine a 100-meter race without a finish line? Or a football match with no goal posts? It will be disastrous and the race will be endless. In order to leave a great legacy and trans-generational blessings, your life must be fuelled by vision and purpose. Vision is what defines yourtime on earth and makes your efforts meaningful. Without it, time and effort will have no purpose, which will be characterised by randomness and pursuits of ordinary things.

With vision, you are not only able to see beyond today but to be able to create your own tomorrow while leaving a lasting legacy. It’s imperative that everything you do – big or small – should be driven by vision, which comes through revelation from God. In all you do, get vision! Have a great day.

Confession: I am running with a clear vision for my life and living a meaningful and purposeful life.

  • Legacy Living

‘…what you sow is not made alive unless it dies. And what you sow, you do not sow that body that shall be, but mere grain—perhaps wheat or some other grain. But God gives it a body as He pleases, and to each seed its own body.‘ – I Corinthians 15:36-38 (NKJV)

Don’t be too busy living your life that you forget to leave a legacy for others to walk by. One way or another, you will leave something that you will be remembered for. The question is, what kind of legacy will it be? Would it be one of obscurity or edification?

The Bible says, those who leave nothing or bad legacies behind are like seeds that never sprouted or reproduced anything. Or like trees that produced bad fruits and such legacies will eventually be cut down as fodder for fire. But those who leave good legacies are like good seeds that go on living, long after they are gone. So, I urge you today, dare to leave a good legacy that the ones after you would be proud of.

Confession: With God’s help, I am living my life by design and leaving a good legacy every day.

  • Relationship Vitals

“He replied again, “I have zealously served the LORD God Almighty. But the people of Israel have broken their covenant with you, torn down your altars, and killed every one of your prophets. I am the only one left, and now they are trying to kill me, too.” – 1 Kings 19:14 (NLT)

One character a blessed person has is the ability to have healthy relationships with people. It also proves that the person has a healthy relationship with God; the vertical and horizontal spectrums of relationships must align.

Elijah was a great prophet who did exploits for God. But when he was on the run from Jezebel, he became frustrated and depressed thinking he was the only righteous person left. God later revealed to him that there were 7,000 other righteous people who had not bowed their heads to Baal. Knowledge and information like these are what brings strength in times of desperation and loneliness because God desires that you have healthy relationship vitals. Today, love, connect, and win with people.

    Have a blessed day.

Confession: I connect and grow with people around me through God’s love for me.
