The 10th edition of Exponential Conference concluded on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at the Pistis Conference Centre Lekki, marking a historic milestone in the conference’s decade-long journey of shaping church and marketplace leaders across Africa and beyond.
Hosted by The Elevation Church, Exponential Conference 2026 convened over 2,000 leaders through in-person attendance, virtual participation, and 23 experience centres across Nigeria. The hybrid gathering reaffirmed its mandate to raise leaders who are spiritually grounded, culturally relevant, and boldly original.
With the theme DNA: Distinctive. Novel. Authentic., the conference called leaders back to their God-given identity and spiritual authority. Over three transformative days, participants engaged in plenary sessions, breakout workshops, networking forums, and curated marketplace conversations designed to bridge ministry and enterprise.
Convener and Global Lead Pastor, Godman Akinlabi, described the 10th edition as both a celebration and a recalibration.
“Ten years of Exponential is not just about numbers or longevity. It is about obedience to an assignment. God is calling leaders back to who they truly are. In a world that rewards imitation and performance, this is a call to rediscover your divine DNA andlead from authenticity, conviction,and Kingdom purpose,” he said.
The Director of Exponential Network, Pastor Debo Omotunde, reflected on the conference’s impact since inception, noting the lives transformed, new initiatives launched, and leadership capacity expanded over the years. He described the 2026 gathering as a defining encounter that sparked renewal and rebirth for many business and ministry leaders in attendance.
The conference featured a distinguished lineup of global church and marketplace leaders including Dr. Mensa Otabil, Dr. Sam Adeyemi, Pastor Jerry Eze, Mrs Ibukun Awosika, Pastor Yemi Davids, Pastor Tola Odutola, Dr. Cosmas Maduka, Pastor David Oyedepo Jr., Mr Iyinoluwa Aboyeji, Mr Leke Alder, Mr Taiwo Oyedele, Pastor Jerry Eze, alongside Global Lead Pastors Godman and Bola Akinlabi with other powerful breakout session speakers.
Across sessions, speakers challenged leaders to reject imitation-driven leadership, embrace innovation, influence culture beyond church walls, and lead with emotional, spiritual, and relational authenticity. A strong marketplace focus equipped executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals to shape policy, industry, and society with Kingdom values. Key sessions covered topics such as; “Maximizing Your Potential, DNA from Branding and Marketing Standpoint, Turning Pressure Into Power, Raising DNA Carriers, Ethical Leadership in the Marketplace, How to Failure -Proof Your Strategy”
Special features of the 10th edition included a premium paid registration structure, curated meals, shuttle services, live French translation for Francophone participants, wellness-focused activities, and an exhibition marketplace designed to foster collaboration between ministry and enterprise leaders.
As Exponential Conference closes its first decade, its message remains clear and resolute: leaders were not designed to copy but to contribute, not to conform but to create, and not to shrink but to shine.
